The Exoticoin Retail Partnership Program is designed to encourage adoption of XTC and EDM by offering adult stores (both online and physical) incentives to accept Exoticoin tokens as payment. 1. Token Allocation: Each partner tier receives an initial allocation of XTC tokens, allowing retailers to offer discounts or incentives to customers paying with XTC or EDM.
2. Discounts and Promotions: Retailers can offer token-based discounts on products and services, encouraging customer adoption of XTC and EDM.
   
   • Customer Discounts: 5%-20% off purchases made with XTC or EDM, depending on partner tier.
   • Promotional Days: Exoticoin will run “XTC Days” or “EDM Event Weeks” during which retailers can offer double discounts or special promotions.

1. Marketing and Exposure: Exoticoin will support partner stores through its own platform and promotional channels.
   
   • Platform Listing: All partners are listed on Exoticoin.io as XTC-accepting retailers, increasing exposure.
   • Featured Listings and Campaigns: Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners receive featured listings and periodic promotional support (e.g., social media posts, email marketing).
   • Exclusive Campaigns: Platinum partners benefit from custom marketing campaigns, exclusive banner placements on Exoticoin.io, and mentions in newsletters.

1. POS Integration and Support: Exoticoin provides partners with integration tools to accept XTC and EDM tokens easily, along with training for staff.
   
   • Custom POS Setup for Gold and Platinum: Platinum partners receive a custom POS setup, ensuring seamless token transactions and optimal customer experience.

1. Rebates and Incentives for Higher Tiers: Exoticoin will offer rebate programs for high-performing partners to incentivize high volumes of XTC and EDM transactions.
   
   • Performance-Based Rebates: Gold and Platinum partners receive quarterly rebates of 2%-5% of transaction volumes paid with XTC or EDM.
   • Booster Allocations: High-performing stores may receive additional XTC tokens as booster allocations to encourage ongoing discount offerings and further adoption.
